During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If any delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible depending on product availability and shipping location.

USA Orders: 5–15 business days (for selected items)

Standard Orders: 7–20 business days

International Orders: 10–20 business days (may vary by country and customs)

You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking information.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After processing, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within:

Damaged items:       24–48 hours after delivery

Missing items:      3–5 days after delivery

Wrong item received:       within 2 days

We will review and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

Customs & Taxes

International orders:      Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are customer’s responsibility

Delivery Notes

Remote or rural areas may take longer

Some orders may require a delivery signature

We do not ship to PO Boxes in some cases
