We have a 3 to 14 days return policy, which means you have 3 to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost during shipping. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
Full refund if your order does not arrive within 30 business days.
Return the item first, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-returnable items include personalized/custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Once your return is inspected, we notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass, contact us at support@smartgadgethub.org.
For EU shipments, you may cancel or return orders within 14 days without reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Opened / Used items are not eligible.
